We Work
Its so simple. We supply you with our wedding specific business cards to
include in either your "Save the Date" mailing or invitations. We work
with you first to determine your guests lodging
needs and next we contact the motels, condominiums,
inns and b&b's to confirm availability and rates. You guests then
contact us directly.
As part of our distinctive service, we send your guests
a confirmation, area map highlighted with the wedding site, directions,
the Mad River Valley guide and upon their arrival welcome them with
a phone and lodging list of all guests, directions
to your wedding and your wedding weekend schedule.
